Pershore Candles is a new business born in Pershore by local man Gary Steen. He began his business during lockdown to diversify and utilise his skills, as COVID hit his regular trade of upholstering very hard.
With a passion for candle making passed on from his late Grandmother, Gary took the brave step to change things up and make the best from the situation and a business out of his creative skills. Manufactured from natural, nontoxic soy wax and infused with a range of scents to suit all moods, Pershore Candles create handmade candles and melts. Hand-poured and cured for two weeks to allow the fragrances to fully develop within the wax, the candles and melts help to fill your home with a burst of freshness or a touch of spice.
Gary says: “My handmade candles and melts are made with a care and attention borne from watching my Grandmother whilst I was growing up, reliving those precious memories with each one I make, ensures that they’re a special treat – whether you buy them to enjoy for yourself or to gift to a loved one.”
